User behavior biometrics

Question:

Is it possible to identify a user based on his/her behaviour during day-to-day work on a regular office PC? What level accuracy can such a system achieve? What is the least amount of log sources needed to achieve a reasonable level of accuracy?

How:

Using logs from AD, Teams, MS Office, etc. and machine learning to create a baseline of each user in a network.
